When I decided to open my own company the first thought through my mind was, “what will set me apart?” I wondered what I could do to make my approach to Real Estate different. In my Real Estate career I have learned many things. The first being that a lack of knowledge of Real Estate in general is dangerous. I have worked with buyers and sellers alike who pretend to know it all. Many who watch too much TV and believe that Real Estate is easy; which it is not. I’m not saying you can’t do it yourself, I’m just saying you should be prepared and have knowledge of what you are doing. The second important thing I learned about Real Estate is that one size does not fit all. Everyone has different needs and different situations. Thus, the idea of “Traditional Real Estate” simply does not always work. Based on those two truths I have created a company with a strong focus on educating the public and being flexible and creative. I wanted to stand out in the industry by offering a HUGE variety of services designed to fit all types of Real Estate needs. We can work together to create a program that works for you! I don’t believe that Real Estate should be a “Professionals Only” club. I believe that everyone should have access to the services and representation that suits them best. Therefore, Red Door Realty will strive to be a little different, a little more creative, a little outside of the box, and a little better than our competition. Because if Real Estate is a game, we’re changing the way the game is played.
