Our New Program, Buyer Rebate!

As some of you may already know, I have always been an advocate for the consumer. For years I have been offering discounted and creative services for Sellers. I am now happy to offer additional creative services for buyers. I feel strongly that the consumer should have options when buying or selling a home. That is why I was SO excited to hear the news that Buyer Rebates are no longer illegal in the state of Montana. It was an incedible victory for anyone who wants to save money! This rule change makes it easier for most people to buy a home. If you are purchasing a $200,000 home and you qualify for a 2% buyer rebate, that means that you can get up to $4000 dollars at closing to use for your closing costs, down payment, to buy something you want, to pay off some debt, or to simply put in savings. This is an exceptional situation for buyers who didn’t quite have enough money to qualify to purchase that new home. The program is designed for the internet savy consumer, someone who can do most of the research themselves.
